x11-terms/wezterm: add missing dependencies
wezterm links libgit2, libssl, libcrypto, libz and libxcb directly,
so bind them with slot operators and add libxcb.

x11-terms/wezterm: apply mux-server and wayland leak fixes
Upstream has not reviewed these fixes, so carry them in the live ebuild:
- https://github.com/wezterm/wezterm/pull/8209: the mux server kept
closed client channels alive.
- https://github.com/wezterm/wezterm/pull/8206: closed Wayland windows
were never dropped, and each window created its own wgpu instance.

x11-terms/wezterm: new package, add 99999999
因为上游最后一个 tag 停在 20240203、之后只发滚动的 nightly，所以补一个从 git 构建的
live 版本；release 仍由 ::gentoo 提供，KEYWORDS 为空使它只对写了 ** 的人可见。
因为 git-r3 会自己拉子模块、cargo_live_src_unpack 会自己取 crate，所以不需要 ::gentoo
那份里手钉的 6 个子模块提交、外挂的 crates tarball 和两个补丁。
