I switched to thin manifests, so a bunch of them contained unnecessary
files. This should solve that problem.

x11-drivers/displaylink-driver: systemd support
This allows the driver to start & stop with systemd. I've not tested
this, so let me know if anything breaks.

x11-drivers/displaylink-driver: Add udev rules
This makes /dev/displaylink work correctly. I also moved the driver back
to /opt/displaylink since it seems to be a standard location.
