overlay: Gentoo/GURU standards compliance fixes across all packages

CRITICAL fixes:
- libdicom: fix meson args silently dropped (local emesonargs -> myemesonargs)
- v2ray.initd-r1: fix ebegin nesting bug and unquoted variables
- ttf-wps-fonts: add missing KEYWORDS="" and PROPERTIES="live"
- tencent-qq: add missing QA_PREBUILT
- Xray-bin, v2ray-bin: add missing RESTRICT="strip mirror"

HIGH fixes:
- virtual/v2ray, virtual/v2ray-geoip: add missing HOMEPAGE and LICENSE
- app-alternatives/*: add missing HOMEPAGE and SLOT
- v2ray-geoip-bin: add reciprocal block on v2ray-geoip
- bcompare, wps-office, datagrip, quarto-bin, yesplaymusic-bin: KEYWORDS="-* ~amd64"
- wechat: create custom licenses/WeChat, fix LICENSE identifier
- wps-office: fix metadata (upstream, description, USE flags)
- v2ray-bin: fix metadata longdescription (was Trojan text)
- baidunetdisk-4.17.8: fix HTTP -> HTTPS SRC_URI
- flatpak-xdg-utils: fix BDEPEND="$" anti-pattern

MEDIUM fixes:
- qv2ray: fix DESCRIPTION typo, use proper virtual deps
- qnodeeditor, singleapplication: add virtual/pkgconfig BDEPEND
- xrdp, xorgxrdp, wechat: fix copyright years
- goldendict-ng: add ffmpeg USE flag to metadata
- goldendict-ng: document ::guru requirement for zim USE flag
- wps-office: fix metadata (correct remote-id, remove stale longdescription)
- add metadata.xml with maintainer for ttf-wps-fonts, libdicom, baidunetdisk
- wechat: add upstream to metadata.xml

overlay: comprehensive audit and fix all Manifest/code issues

Manifest fixes:
- Add missing Manifests for app-alternatives/v2ray-geoip, v2ray-geosite,
virtual/v2ray, virtual/v2ray-geoip, virtual/xray, media-fonts/ttf-wps-fonts
- Rebuild ALL Manifests with complete AUX and EBUILD entries (they only had
DIST entries from gentoo-zh migration)
- Fix v2rayn-bin Manifest: recursively include 7 nested icon AUX entries
- Fix Xray/Xray-bin Manifests: add missing AUX+EBUILD entries

Ebuild fixes:
- dev-libs/qnodeeditor: rename patch to include -r1 suffix to match $
- net-im/wechat: use virtual/krb5 instead of app-crypt/mit-krb5
- net-im/wechat: replace bare cp -r with insinto/doins
- net-im/tencent-qq: replace dodir / anti-pattern with dodir /opt
- media-libs/openslide: add missing virtual/pkgconfig to BDEPEND
- app-office/wps-office-11.x: add slot specifier to dev-db/sqlite:3

Metadata fixes:
- app-alternatives/v2ray-geosite: update stale USE flag descriptions
- app-misc/bcompare: add missing kde USE flag to metadata.xml

Cleanup:
- Remove empty dev-libs/v2ray-domain-list-community (no ebuild, only metadata)
- Remove unused files: v2ray-bin/files/v2ray.initd, baidunetdisk/files/baidunetdisk
- Clean 10 orphaned md5-cache entries for removed/renamed packages
