sys-kernel: update CachyOS kernels to 6.18.55 and 7.2.10

Synchronize the verified scheduler, driver and compiler capabilities with commit-
pinned CachyOS inputs while preserving default configurations. Keep source and dist-
kernel toolchain handling distinct, and describe the legacy ZFS option as
source/helper staging rather than built-in support.
