Nothing in the tree depends on it, and it is the only thing holding
sci-libs/aotriton-bin-0.12b, which no caffe2 pins any more.

virtual/aotriton: update EAPI 8 -> 9

Every eclass these ebuilds inherit supports EAPI 9. Changed in place
without a revision bump, so installed copies are not rebuilt for it.
