sys-power/fake-battery-nut: read NUT_UPS from conf.d under systemd
The systemd unit ignored /etc/conf.d/fake-battery-nut and only honoured
a systemctl edit override, which silently did nothing when left empty.
Source the same conf.d file so one config works for both init systems.
