sys-kernel/gentoo-cjk-sources: drop every superseded version
gentoo-sources carries one version per branch, so each branch here keeps
its newest release alone.

sys-kernel: use one unsupported notice across the kernel packages
Every third-party kernel here is packaged by gentoo-zh, so naming a
different upstream per package sent users somewhere the ebuild is not
maintained. The notice now runs in pkg_setup, before the build.

sys-kernel/gentoo-cjk-sources: install into a linux-*-cjk directory
kernel-2 truncates $ at the first dash, so EXTRAVERSION came out as
-gentoo and the sources landed in the same /usr/src directory as
sys-kernel/gentoo-sources.
