sys-apps/maxperfwiz: fetch the archive through the API

GitLab serves commit-SHA archives from /-/archive/ behind a Cloudflare
bot challenge, so the distfile could no longer be fetched at all. The
API route is not challenged. Its tarball doubles the prefix directory
and differs from the old one byte for byte, hence the new distfile
name and S.
