overlay: bump packages from issue #21
Bump the packages reported in issue #21 to their current upstream
releases.
ComfyUI's asset packages keep the exact pins from its 0.42.5
requirements.txt. That release changes only comfyui-workflow-templates
(0.11.94 -> 0.11.96), so comfyui-frontend-package, comfy-kitchen and
comfy-aimdo stay at 1.55.18, 0.2.39 and 0.5.6 even though newer
upstream releases exist. The workflow-templates sub-packages follow the
pins of 0.11.96: core 0.3.387, json 0.1.122 and media-assets-two 0.1.23.
kornia 0.9.0 raises its kornia-rs requirement to >=0.2.0, which this
overlay already provides, and declares a numpy dependency.
cockpit-machines 359 still requires a cockpit bridge >= 215, so the
existing dependency is unchanged.
