chore: prune superseded ebuilds repo-wide

Keep newest non-live version per package plus live ebuilds;
raspberrypi-kernel keeps one ebuild per kernel branch (6.12, 6.18).
Removes 451 ebuilds and 9 orphaned patches; manifests regenerated.

fix(net-vpn/netbird): unversioned initd filename, prune 0.80.0 and 0.81.2

src_install referenced $-$-r1.initd, a version-pinned FILESDIR
name that version bumps do not carry over, so 0.81.2 died in the
install phase on a missing netbird-0.81.2-r1.initd.

Reference the unversioned netbird.initd instead and move the
/usr/bin variant there. Prune the redundant 0.80.0, 0.80.0-r1 and
the initd-broken 0.81.2 along with their now-orphaned FILESDIR
entries, and regenerate the Manifest.

fix(net-vpn/netbird): restore $/ prefix in dependency tarballs

The prepare-script rewrite (b455a6d) dropped the package-directory
prefix from the tarball roots, so they unpacked into $ instead
of $. go-module_src_unpack then found no $/vendor, ran
'ego mod verify', and died under network-sandbox; the frontend
node_modules and bindings would have landed in the wrong place too.

Tar everything relative to the extracted source dir name so each
tarball unpacks into $. Regenerated and re-uploaded the 0.81.2
tarballs and rehashed the Manifest (larry now detects the stale
entries and regenerates the whole package Manifest itself).

fix(net-vpn/netbird): record 0.81.2 distfiles actually on the release

The 0.81.2 bump ran with the old prepare hook, which uploaded to a
v$-tagged release that never existed (gh release upload cannot
create releases, and the failure was swallowed by '|| true'). The
Manifest recorded those never-published tarballs. The fixed hook
(b455a6d..a7f4ebb) later regenerated the tarballs with reproducible
flags and uploaded them to the netbird-tagged release, but the
Manifest was never regenerated, so fetches failed size verification.

Rehash the Manifest against the tarballs currently served by the
release. 0.80.0 entries are unchanged; the three 0.81.2 dependency
tarball entries now match the uploaded assets.

chore(net-vpn/netbird): update custom prepare script

Fix wails3 bindings generation by:
- Extracting bare commit hash from go.mod replace directive
- Cloning wails fork and patching module path (fork uses upstream v3 path)
- Using local replace instead of broken remote redirect
- Setting TMPDIR in subshells to avoid sandbox collision
- Prepending $HOME/.local/bin to PATH for pnpm
- Using mktemp -d /tmp/prepare-XXXXXX to avoid host TMPDIR issues

Also: rename .larry.yaml -> .larry/config.yaml (centralize config
concerns in larryconfig package).
