fix(net-misc/termscp-bin): resolve g2-lint issues in ebuild and update workflow generator (#903)

* Fix termscp-bin update workflow due to upstream asset rename

Upstream veeso/termscp renamed its Linux release artifacts from
`unknown-linux-gnu` to `unknown-linux-musl` starting with version 1.2.0,
causing the automated update workflow to fail with a 404 error.

This commit updates `current.config` and the generated workflow file
`.github/workflows/net-misc-termscp-bin-update.yaml` to point to the new
`.musl` asset names.

We do not modify the existing `termscp-bin-1.1.1.ebuild` or its
`Manifest` since version 1.1.1 still correctly uses `.gnu`.

the `.musl` rename and removing obsolete 1.1.1 entries from the Manifest.

Add standard Gentoo copyright and GPL-2 header to termscp-bin-1.2.0.ebuild
and format the ebuild to adhere to g2 lint policies:
- Use tabs for indentation.
- Wrap long lines (SRC_URI, unpack) within 80 characters.
- Use URI helper variable to keep SRC_URI concise and parseable.

Update the ebuild generator block in net-misc-termscp-bin-update.yaml
so that future automated updates produce clean, compliant ebuilds.

* fix(workflow): avoid SC1003 shellcheck warning in ebuild generator

* fix(workflow): escape DISTDIR in termscp-bin update generator

Escape $ in src_unpack() archive paths within
.github/workflows/net-misc-termscp-bin-update.yaml so that the
workflow shell script emits the literal ebuild variable $
rather than expanding an empty or runner-local environment variable into
future generated ebuilds.

- Fix invalid dynamic SLOT variable in `dev-util/kdevelop/kdevelop-25.12.3-r1.ebuild`.
