net-misc/r8126: new package for Realtek RTL8126 5GbE
Vendor driver with Wake-on-LAN S5 support that the in-kernel r8169
driver lacks for this chipset. Uses linux-mod-r1 eclass for automatic
rebuild via @module-rebuild on kernel updates.

Includes EXTRA_CFLAGS → CFLAGS_MODULE fix for kernels >= 6.15.
