net-misc/godap: Fix distfile, i.e. compress the file

I accidently committed the uncompress tar archive with the suffix
of the xz compressed file. 'xz' fails to decompress this.

This commits replaced the original, wrongly named "*.tar.xz" archive
with the archive that is now really compressed.
