media-sound/foobnix{,-bin}: add 3.2.1 and live source
Package the tagged release and Git HEAD with Python 3.12-3.14 support,
optional translations and global keyboard shortcuts. Provide a binary
variant from deb-multimedia's architecture-independent Debian package.
Adapt the removed urllib opener, GStreamer initialization and WebKitGTK
namespace so the application starts on current Gentoo. Install the Python
modules directly instead of using the obsolete distutils setup script.
Validate source and live staged installs, translations enabled/disabled,
both installed launchers with D-Bus, local audio playback and mocked
downloads. The offline suite passes 29 tests with two existing upstream
failures recorded explicitly. Legacy Last.fm and VK APIs remain unsupported.
Package-level pkgcheck with network checks reports no findings.
