up(media-sound/audacity-bin): 4.0.0_beta4 -> 4.0.0, add ~arm64, unbundle libdbus

Audacity 4.0.0 shipped 2026-09-03 and renamed every Linux asset on the way out
of beta, so neither the tag nor the filename survives from the beta scheme:

KEYWORDS gains ~arm64: 4.0.0 is the first release with an official aarch64
AppImage, verified structurally identical to the x86_64 one (same layout, same
set of external NEEDED entries, only the ELF interpreter differs). SRC_URI is
now conditional on the arch.

Drop the bundled lib/libdbus-1.so.3. It is dbus 1.12.20 built on a systemd CI
runner and carries NEEDED libsystemd.so.0, a soname nothing in ::gentoo provides
outside sys-apps/systemd -- sys-apps/systemd-utils does not. Since
libQt6DBus.so.6 is a NEEDED of the main binary, an OpenRC or musl host does not
get a degraded Audacity, it gets no Audacity at all. Removing it lets
libQt6DBus.so.6 fall through its RUNPATH ($ORIGIN) to the system sys-apps/dbus,
which follows the host's own init choice. All 89 dbus_* symbols the Qt library
references sit at version node LIBDBUS_1_3, which dbus-1.16.2 defines. The
defect predates this bump; it was already in the beta4 payload.

Re-measure RDEPEND instead of carrying it forward. Walking every bundled ELF and
keeping the NEEDED entries that resolve outside lib/ and fallback/ shows expat,
freetype and zlib were never resolved from the system, and that libwayland-*,
libdbus-1 and libcom_err were missing. libcom_err comes from sys-fs/e2fsprogs
and is a hard load-time edge via libQt6Network -> bundled libgssapi_krb5 ->
bundled libkrb5.

Also drop install_manifest.txt from the payload: every line is an absolute path
from the GitHub runner that built it, which is a build-path leak.

The autoupdate record moves from the beta line to 4.x stable. The closing quote
in the pattern is load-bearing: without it "Audacity-4.0.0-beta-4" matches too,
because the group simply stops at 4.0.0, and the record silently drifts back to
the betas. releases/latest stays wrong -- the 3.7.x line is maintained in
parallel and 3.7.9 landed two days before 4.0.0.

Verified locally, not merged (this host has no sudo): pkgcheck clean with caches
disabled, check-openrc-coverage PASS, and `ebuild ... clean install` under an
unprivileged PORTAGE_CONFIGROOT produced an image where "usr -> ." survives as a
symlink, libdbus-1.so.3 and install_manifest.txt are absent, libdbus-1 resolves
to /usr/lib64, and AppRun --help runs (Qt 6.10.1, exit 0). The aarch64 payload
was inspected via unsquashfs only; it cannot execute on this host.

Removes the orphaned md5-cache entry for 4.0.0_beta2, left behind by an earlier
bump.
