Drop the old revision which suffers from missing dependencies,
leaving only the fixed 1.0.0-r1 in place.

media-plugins/gst-plugins-thumbnailers: add missing gst-plugins-base dep
The build system requires gstreamer-video-1.0.pc and
gstreamer-app-1.0.pc via Rust system-deps/pkg-config. Add
media-libs/gst-plugins-base to RDEPEND with explicit :1.0 slotting,
and virtual/pkgconfig to BDEPEND.
