the audio-overlay's version hasn't updated from EAPI 6.

Drop media-plugins/bitrot

This plugin has since been added to the audio-overlay, so I no longer
need to supply it here. I would recommend adding their overlay, since it
has much better QA than mine.

bitrot: Update supported Python versions

In other news, the actual audio-overlay added an ebuild for bitrot.
However, I won't remove the ebuild in my overlay until the audio-overlay
one becomes FHS-compliant... probably.
