fix: migraphx-7.1.0-r7 hide static LLVM/MLIR symbols to fix pytorch clash

rocMLIR's fat archive statically links LLVM/MLIR into libmigraphx_gpu.so,
exporting 104K+ symbols that conflict with shared libLLVM loaded by
pytorch/ROCm, causing "LLVM ERROR: Option 'default' already exists!"
and a core dump. Use --exclude-libs,ALL to hide static archive symbols.

fix: migraphx-7.1.0-r6 register lib dir with ldconfig

migraphx installs shared libs to /usr/lib64/migraphx/lib/ which is
not in the default linker search path. Add ld.so.conf.d entry so
the Python extension can find libmigraphx_tf.so and friends.

The Python extension was installed to /usr/lib64/ instead of
site-packages, making `import migraphx` fail. Move it to the
correct location via python_foreach_impl.

Install requirements.txt so get_required_packages_versions() works
(fixes AttributeError on /system_stats). Pass --database-url to
systemd services so the SQLite database is created in the writable
base directory instead of read-only /usr/share/comfyui/.

Switch from python-r1 to python-single-r1 and install source tree to
/usr/share/comfyui instead of nesting under a comfyui Python package,
which broke all internal imports (comfy, folder_paths, app, utils, etc).

Launcher sets PYTHONPATH to isolate the source tree from system packages.
Provides both system and user systemd services.
