Update license for victorian-modern-cursive-script to CC-BY-4.0\n\nThe website for the Victorian Modern Cursive Script font has updated its copyright page to explicitly state that the material on the website is provided under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 international licence (CC-BY-4.0). \n\nThis commit updates the `LICENSE` variable in the ebuild from `unknown-license` to `CC-BY-4.0`. Also, the cache was regenerated and `metadata.xml` was created for linting compliance.
