mail-client/sieve-editor: new package, add 0.6.1_p20260421
Snapshot of thsmi/sieve master (f08b3172); upstream has not tagged
since 0.6.1. Replicates gulp app:package in shell with pinned
bootstrap/codemirror tarballs and a prebuilt Electron 45.2.1 instead
of upstream's EOL Electron 35.
