lomiri-base/lomiri-ui-toolkit: add Qt6 slot, move Qt5 to slot 5

Build the toolkit for Qt6 in SLOT 6 (1.3.5906-r0360, CMake path with
Core5Compat/ShaderTools) alongside the qmake Qt5 build, which moves from
SLOT 0 to SLOT 5 (-r0302). Qt6 libraries use the upstream -Qt6 suffix so
both slots coexist; 9999 tracks the Qt6 build. The :5 ebuild blocks :0 to
migrate cleanly off the old single slot.

Make BlueZ optional behind the bluetooth USE flag via a new patch
(WITH_BLUETOOTH/QT_NO_BLUEZ in LomiriSystemInfo).
