- Suppress the broken WindowThumbnail / PipeWire preview popup that was
crashing the dock under DodgeActive's configure cycle.
- Restore left-click activation on grouped tasks (was a no-op when
KWin's WindowView effect was unavailable, and silently dropped on
apps with phantom toplevels like ghostty).

Same src_install logic as 1.0.10-r1 (cmake_src_install plus the
unconditional fallback doins for org.kde.plasma.private.taskmanager).

kde-misc/latte-dock-ng: 1.0.10-r1, unconditionally install fallback module

The previous 1.0.10 ebuild's conditional skip — "system already has a
qmldir, don't overwrite" — fires falsely on every -rN -> -r(N+1)
upgrade because Portage hasn't unmerged the old slot yet at src_install
time, so the test sees the old revision's files on disk and skips. The
new package ends up owning none of the fallback files; Portage then
drops them when unmerging the old revision, leaving the system without
an org.kde.plasma.private.taskmanager module and the dock empty.

Drop the conditional and always doins. Plasma 6.6+ doesn't ship this
private module; a future plasma-workspace shipping it would trigger a
Portage file collision at install time, which is the right place to
surface that conflict.

Apply the same change to the live (9999) ebuild.

kde-misc/latte-dock-ng: 1.0.10, ensure fallback QML module is owned by the package

The previous 1.0.10 ebuild relied entirely on cmake to install the
fallback org.kde.plasma.private.taskmanager. That works for fresh
installs but breaks the upgrade path from =1.0.9-r1: -r1 had installed
the fallback files via doins (owned by -r1). When 1.0.10 is built, its
cmake check sees a qmldir already in place without our marker and skips
the install, so the files are never recorded against 1.0.10. Portage
then drops -r1 on upgrade, leaving the system without the module and
the dock empty again.

Re-add the doins block (with a marker file) so the fallback is always
owned by 1.0.10. The cmake-side conditional installer is left intact
for cmake-direct users.

Apply the same change to the live (9999) ebuild.
