feat(gui-libs/scenefx): add 0.5

Adds the scenefx 0.5 release, which requires wlroots 0.20. This is the
first release containing upstream commit 4fac2db79 ("Fixes segfault on
GPU reset", #139), which guards fx_framebuffer_destroy against an
already-freed buffer. Without it, an AMDGPU SDMA ring-reset frees the
wlr_buffer mid-frame and the next fx_framebuffer_destroy double-removes
the wl_list link, crashing the compositor.

::guru only carries 0.4.1 (pre-fix) and a live 9999.
