gnome: overlay cleanup sweep (metadata.xml, stale ebuilds, dead patches)
Follow-up to a GNOME-ecosystem audit of this overlay's packages:
- Add metadata.xml to the 34 GNOME-related packages that were missing
one (34/36 before this commit). For the 30 that have a corresponding
::gentoo ebuild, reuse its <upstream>/<use> blocks and swap in this
overlay's own maintainer. The remaining 4 (extension-manager,
new-mail-indicator, resources, tophat) have no ::gentoo counterpart,
so they get a minimal maintainer + upstream remote-id block derived
from their own HOMEPAGE/EGIT_REPO_URI.
- Bump gnome-extra/sushi to 51.1 and gui-libs/gtksourceview to 5.22.0.
Both had fallen one version behind the rest of this overlay's GNOME
51 set, so the actually-installed packages were quietly coming from
::bentoo instead of this overlay. New ebuilds mirror ::bentoo's
(upstream GTK4 rewrite for sushi, new deps for both), verified via a
real `emerge` -- both now build, install, and report ::Miezhiko as
their source repo.
- Mask (not delete) four now-superseded versions for later review:
gnome-desktop-44.5-r300/r400 (nothing installs them anymore, fully
replaced by the 51.0-r300/r400 slots), webkit-gtk-2.52.4-r411/r601
(this overlay's own fork, two versions behind; the installed
webkit-gtk now comes straight from ::gentoo), and the two sushi/
gtksourceview versions just superseded above. Verified each mask
applies to this overlay's own instance via `emerge -pv
'=cat/pkg-version::Miezhiko'` without affecting the versions still
in use.
- Remove two dead, unreferenced patches from nautilus/files/
(45.2.1-better-icon-lookup-fallback.patch, 45.2.1-fix-av-props-
crash.patch). Both are cherry-picks from the GNOME 45.2.1 era (six
major cycles behind the current 51.1), were never wired into
PATCHES=(), and their fixes have long since landed upstream --
pure leftover cruft, not part of the actual build.
