gnome-extra/sushi: fix build failure - drop obsolete patch, fix deps

Immediate failure: PATCHES referenced "$/$-evince-4.0.patch",
which resolves to sushi-51.0-evince-4.0.patch since the 51.0 bump, but
the file on disk was never renamed from the 50.0 lineage - "No such
file or directory" at prepare.

That patch was a large local backport porting sushi from gtk3/evince
to gtk4/papers. Checked against the real 51.0 tarball: upstream has
already completed that port itself (meson.build now depends on
gtk4, papers-document-4.0/papers-view-4.0, gtksourceview-5,
libadwaita-1, glycin-2/glycin-gtk4-2, webkitgtk-6.0, fribidi), so
most hunks fail or are "previously applied". Dropped the patch
entirely rather than fixing the filename.

That exposed the real second problem: DEPEND was still the old
gtk3/evince-era set (evince, libepoxy which meson.build no longer
uses, gtksourceview-4) and would have failed at meson configure.
Updated to match what meson.build actually requires now, and added
the new unconditional blueprint-compiler BDEPEND.

Verified without a full build: `ebuild ... clean prepare` (patch
stage) and `emerge -pv` (full dependency resolution against the
real portage db) both succeed.
