games-emulation/gopher64: version bump to 1.1.34, use a crate tarball

The CRATES array had 767 entries, well past the point where cargo.eclass
warns to use a crate tarball instead. The archive is built with
pycargoebuild --crate-tarball and hosted on the overlay's __distfiles__
release.

1.1.34 also builds, so it is keyworded. The previous 1.1.18 was left
unkeyworded because it did not: upstream now requires rustc 1.97, while the
ebuild pinned RUST_MIN_VER to 1.95, so the eclass selected a toolchain cargo
then rejected.

Two src_prepare workarounds are dropped because upstream no longer needs
them: the renderer-skia to renderer-femtovg feature swap (upstream builds
renderer-femtovg-wgpu itself) and the -march removal in build.rs. Dropping
the feature swap also removes the need for the patched Cargo.lock that was
carried in files/.

Both 1.1.18 and 1.1.5 are removed.
