games-emulation/daedalusx64: add a desktop entry and icon

The emulator installed no menu entry. Upstream ships no Linux icon, so reuse the
project artwork from the 3DS port resources. The existing pkg_postinst now
chains xdg_pkg_postinst, which the new xdg inherit would otherwise have had
replaced.
