games-action/spaghettikart: chain xdg_pkg_postinst
The xdg inherit added in b3965e9ee exports pkg_postinst, which the ebuild's own
definition then replaced, so the desktop database was never updated. No revbump:
the affected revision was published minutes ago and this changes install-time
behaviour only.

games-action/spaghettikart: add a desktop entry and icon
Upstream ships SpaghettiKart.desktop and icon.png but has no install rule for
either, so neither reached the image. The upstream entry targets an AppImage
(Exec=Spaghettify, Icon=icon), so generate one for the installed binary with the
icon renamed to avoid a generic name in the icon theme.
