games-action/goemon64recomp: look for the ROM in the real DISTDIR

Portage only exposes SRC_URI files in DISTDIR, so the ROM check could never find a
ROM the user placed there.

games-action/goemon64recomp: chain xdg_pkg_postinst

xdg.eclass exports pkg_postinst, so the ebuild's own definition replaced it
outright. The package currently installs no desktop entry or icon, so this is a
no-op today, but the override silently disabled the inherited phase.
