dev-util/t3code-bin: add 0.1.0, drop 0.0.45

Upstream renamed the release channel, so the .deb now installs to
/opt/T3 Code (Beta) instead of /opt/T3 Code (Alpha). Because src_prepare
and src_install address that directory by name, both are updated.

Upstream also ships @cursor/sdk-linux-<arch> under resources/node_modules
(cursorsandbox, rg and tree-sitter binding.node, all static or linked only
to glibc and libgcc_s). Add them to QA_PREBUILT, like the existing
app.asar.unpacked/node_modules entry, because they are immutable upstream
blobs.

The new usr/share/metainfo file is not installed: its launchable is
t3code.desktop, but the ebuild installs the desktop file as
com.t3tools.T3Code.desktop.
