dev-util/rea: fix exec bits
doins does not preserve the source mode, so mark install.sh and

dev-util/rea: fix install layout
doins flattens subdirectory paths to their basename, so stage the npm
files list first to keep the package layout intact. This also fixes the
broken /usr/bin/rea symlink and a clobbered top-level README.md.

dev-util/rea: fix ebuild
Install the npm package file list from package.json instead of a
hardcoded list the release tag does not fully match. Relax engine-strict
to build with the system node, and fetch frida prebuilds explicitly
since npm 11.16 gates lifecycle scripts.

CLI and MCP server for reverse engineering, built from source with npm
