Replace the PyPI wheel binding with the upstream npm package. The JS package is
the reference implementation the language bindings wrap, needs no Python stack,
and drops the greenlet/pyee dependency chain.

playwright-core is fetched as a second SRC_URI tarball so npm can resolve the
dependency from DISTDIR: the merge runs under network-sandbox and cannot reach
the registry. Verified offline in a network-less namespace with an empty npm
cache, and via a full "ebuild install" with FEATURES=network-sandbox active.

dev-python/playwright-bin keeps its autoupdate record as enabled = false, per
overlay convention, so its verified probe survives the removal.
