Remove some packages, fix a *lot* of issues (pkgcheck scan)

* Dropped app-admin/coreboot-utils, dev-cpp/llama-cpp,
dev-python/matrix-nio, dev-python/pantalaimon,

* Fixed lots of syntax issues with the ebuilds
