dev-util/herdr: add 0.9.4, drop 0.9.3-r3

Regenerate CRATES because 0.9.4 updated Cargo.lock.
Fetch the xz-dev patches from a gentoo-zh-drafts release because GitHub regenerates commit .patch files and the Manifest no longer matches.
Apply virtual-render-buffer.patch because virtual renders lose wide-cell styles.
Set XDG_RUNTIME_DIR in src_test because the pane-graphics store otherwise falls back to /var/tmp and the tests fail.

dev-util/herdr: add 0.9.3-r2, drop 0.9.3-r1

因为原有空白背景补丁会在稀疏更新时覆盖宽字符尾格并擦掉汉字，

所以改为只在不透明浮层的右边缘重绘暴露的尾格，

保留普通 ANSI 和稀疏更新行为。修复 #14419 引入的回归。

Upstream moved the libghostty-vt build from the top-level build.rs into
crates/ghostty-vt/build.rs, so the LIBGHOSTTY_VT_LIB_DIR early return in the build
patch moves there. The other two patches only needed new offsets.

dev-util/herdr: add 0.9.1, drop 0.9.0-r1

libghostty-vt now needs Zig 0.16; under --system it resolves every lazy dependency
the lib-vt graph touches, so translate-c, arocc, wuffs and pixels join
ZBS_DEPENDENCIES. zig 0.16 fetch needs a build.zig in cwd and saves to ./zig-pkg.

dev-util/herdr: new package, add 0.9.0-r1

因为上游 v0.9.0 的宽字素弹窗边缘渲染缺陷 (herdrdev/herdr#1555) 影响几乎所有中文用户，所以携带 xz-dev/herdr commit 5f36a17b 的修复补丁。
因为 build.rs 构建时会调用 Zig 编译 vendored libghostty-vt 并联网下载 ZBS 依赖，所以改为 eclass 离线构建静态库，通过 LIBGHOSTTY_VT_LIB_DIR 链接，ZBS 依赖走 SRC_URI。
因为部分测试的 socket 路径超过 sockaddr_un 上限，所以缩短测试 socket 路径。
因为上游测试套件按 cargo nextest 逐进程隔离运行，且测试会在 herdr 面板内继承 HERDR_* 会话变量导致 agent 误判，所以 src_test 用 nextest 并清理 HERDR_*。
