dev-util/ghidra-nativeaot: new package, add 1.1.0
Built from upstream's sources. Upstream's newest prebuilt archive targets
Ghidra 12.0.1, a different minor series from what is installed, which is the
case the eclass documents as unsafe; the sources compile and link cleanly
against 12.1.3.
