dev-util/claude-agent-acp-tui: require nodejs >=24

The package declares `engines.node: ">=24"` and the sibling
claude-agent-acp-plus ebuild already says >=net-libs/nodejs-24; this one
accepted any nodejs. The parity report asked for it at the next bump
(item 33) and two bumps went by without it. Revision bump, since a
dependency changed; nothing else did, and the distfile is the same.

pkgcheck --cache=-git: only the pre-existing NonsolvableDepsInDev on the
x32 dev profile. PORTAGE_TMPDIR=/tmp/ptmp ebuild ... clean install: exit 0.

Upstream releases v0.20.3 and v0.14.3 (2026-09-26). Pure version bumps:
SRC_URI resolves through $ and both ebuild bodies are unchanged.

Both honour permissions.disableBypassPermissionsMode (upstream #1165,
rebuilt): with any settings tier set to "disable", Bypass is no longer
listed, started in, or switched to -- as the CLI itself refuses it.
claude-agent-acp-plus also recreates a resumed session whose additional
directories changed (the additionalDirectories half of #1097). Both
bundles ship proxy-addr 2.0.8 and ip-address 10.7.2, whose previous
versions sat under repository-only advisories (traced unreachable).

Verified here before this commit:

sha256 of both fetched distfiles == the GitHub API's asset digests
(c5062f06...5533c, 551a2f54...e8900), sizes byte-identical
pkgcheck --cache=-git: only the pre-existing NonsolvableDepsInDev on
the x32 dev profile

claude-agent-acp-plus 0.20.2 carries eight fixes ported from upstream
claude-agent-acp, each visible in Zed: plan approval now publishes the
effective mode (Zed no longer stays on Plan), offers bypass beside auto,
and continues a clear-context plan approved in a background followup;
Write calls using the path/file_text aliases render with a diff; a failed
managed-policy read no longer kills startup; marker-only slash-skill
prompts replay; a synthetic spend-limit frame no longer zeroes the context
meter; "Please run /login" inside a normal answer is not a sign-out.
Also the compaction-interruption fix from 2026-09-22, and fast-uri 3.1.8
(GHSA-hrr3-gc8f-f4qj, traced unreachable).

claude-agent-acp-tui 0.14.2 carries the three of those that apply to it
(Write aliases, startup, slash-skill replay) and the 0.14.2 dependency
group (zod 4.6.5, fast-uri 3.1.8).

dev-util/claude-agent-acp-tui: bump to 0.13.3

Upstream release v0.13.3 (2026-09-22). A pure version bump: SRC_URI and S both
resolve through $, and the ebuild body is byte-identical to 0.13.2 -- this
commit is a rename plus a Manifest line.

Nothing a user of this package can observe changes. The release carries two
infrastructure commits only: a codeql-action SHA and a 14-package dev-group
bump. The agent SDK stays at 0.3.261, which is the pin the fork-provenance
tests enforce and not something a dependency bump may move -- Dependabot is
configured to ignore it for that reason.

Verified here before this commit:

the release's sigstore bundle verifies with cosign against identity

Both ebuilds had drifted behind npm and the source repositories, which
status.sh had been reporting as DRIFT. Neither bump changes runtime behaviour:
0.15.1 -> 0.15.2 is a vitest devDependency bump, and 0.13.0 -> 0.13.2 is a
trufflehog scanner pin plus its release commit. The ebuild bodies are unchanged
-- these are renames plus regenerated manifests.

Verified before committing rather than after:
- distfile SHA256 matches the digest GitHub publishes for each release asset,
checked independently of the Manifest's BLAKE2B/SHA512
- `ebuild ... unpack` succeeds for both, and the extracted trees match what
each ebuild assumes: acp-plus has no top-level directory (S=WORKDIR) and
carries dist/, node_modules/, package.json, README.md and the QA_PREBUILT
native CLI; tui extracts to claude-agent-tui-0.13.2/ as its S= expects
- package.json inside each bundle reports the version being packaged
- pkgcheck exits 0; the two NonsolvableDepsInDev are the pre-existing x32 dev
profile, where nodejs carries no keyword, and are not version-related

Incidentally settles a Socket.dev alert raised against @anthropic-ai/sdk 0.125.0
(bin/cli delegating to a remote .tgz via npx). The bundle honours the lockfile
and ships 0.124.0; that version's bin/cli does carry the pattern, but the URL is
pinned to a fixed release, no .js in dist/ imports the package outside .d.ts
type declarations, and the ebuild's only wrapper execs dist/index.js. It is not
reachable from anything this package installs.

Both adapters ship the work of one story rather than one requirement each, which
is why the two versions move together and why neither is a patch release.

claude-agent-acp-plus gains three things. It reports context compaction as an ACP
tool-call lifecycle carrying a versioned _meta.contextCompaction, and deletes the
compactionInProgress inference it supersedes rather than leaving it inert. It
renders /usage as Markdown, falling back to Claude Code's own output on any of
three ways out -- unavailable, incompatible, or slower than a bounded wait, that
bound being load-bearing because control requests are not serviced before a
session's first turn. And it joins a result to its turn by user_message_uuid when
the SDK supplies one, keeping the existing heuristic where it does not.

It also advertises an account selector as a session configuration option where
more than one account is declared, applied through the per-session env the SDK
already accepts -- no editor patch is involved. Only the account in force reports
usage; nothing compares accounts side by side, and no credential material crosses
_meta.

claude-agent-acp-tui gains Fable 5.1 in its curated catalogue, with the alias read
from the installed claude binary rather than guessed, plus two upstream fragments
ported with the half that this fork cannot reach named at the call site.

The ebuilds themselves are unchanged: both resolve SRC_URI through $, so the
bump is a rename, a Manifest regenerated from the real tarball, and the metadata
cache entry that goes with it. Manifests were generated by pkgdev from the
published bundles (103481352 and 118352728 bytes), both npm-published from GitHub
Actions with signed provenance.

pkgcheck scan: exit 0. The NonsolvableDepsInDev notices are the x32 dev profile
against packages keyworded -* ~amd64 that ship x86-64 binaries, and are unchanged
from the previous version.

Both adapters at once, because both releases carry the same dependency work
and splitting them would put the chain in a state neither half describes.

claude-agent-acp-plus 0.12.0 adds the Ultracode entry to the effort picker —
`xhigh` plus workflow orchestration, the compound Claude Code's VS Code
extension exposes and Zed had no way to reach. No Zed patch is involved: the
adapter sends the option list and Zed renders it, so this ebuild is the whole
delivery on the Gentoo side.

claude-agent-acp-tui 0.12.2 is dependency work only, and the larger half of
it: the tui had been 17 releases behind on the agent SDK and one minor behind
on the ACP SDK. Both adapters now pin @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk 0.3.261
and @agentclientprotocol/sdk 1.4.0, which is the first time every tree in the
chain has agreed on both.

Neither ebuild's content changed — every version reference already went
through $/$, so this is a rename plus regenerated digests. The two
tarballs were fetched and hashed rather than assumed.

Verified: pkgcheck scan over both packages reports only the pre-existing
NonsolvableDepsInDev on the x32 dev profile, which these `-* ~amd64` packages
have always carried; zed-patches/scripts/check-sync.sh in sync (10 patches,
3 relations); scripts/status.sh reports repo = ebuild = npm on both rows.

Committed with an explicit pathspec rather than from the index. This checkout
is swept by a concurrent autoupdate that resets and re-commits while work is
in progress, and it interleaved with this bump repeatedly — rewriting HEAD
under it more than once, and leaving in-progress net-libs/webkit-gtk edits
staged. A pathspec commit takes the named paths from the working tree and
ignores whatever else the index holds, which is the only form of this commit
that cannot absorb someone else's half-finished package. `git commit --amend`
does NOT have that property: it recommits the whole index, and it silently
pulled webkit back in once before this message was written.
