dev-python/zensical: add 0.0.66
Cargo.lock is unchanged apart from zensical's own version, so the
CRATES list and the zrx git pin carry over; pyproject.toml is
identical, so the Python dependencies do too.
The release adds compat for the mkdocs-api-autonav and mkdocs-autoapi
plugins. Their Rust side imports only re from Python. The pages they
generate render through the mkdocstrings plugin, which 0.0.65 already
supported and which ::gentoo does not package, so there is no new
dependency or optfeature to add.

dev-python/zensical: add 0.0.65
The macros extension now imports pathspec, and upstream lists it as a
hard dependency (>=1.0.4). The lockfile adds ten crates, jiff and defmt
among them; the zrx git pin is unchanged.

dev-python/zensical: new package, add 0.0.64
Static site generator from the Material for MkDocs authors, built as a
pyo3/maturin extension. Registry crates come from upstream's
Cargo.lock; the zrx workspace it pins by commit goes in GIT_CRATES.
tomli stays despite pkgcheck's DeprecatedDep: config.py imports it
unconditionally and needs >=2.4 for TOML 1.1, which tomllib on Python
3.14 still rejects.
