Upstream widened the datasets requirement from <4.4.0 to <5.0.0 while
excluding 4.4.* and 4.5.0. The cap follows to <5, which admits
::gentoo's datasets 4.8.5. The excluded releases exist in neither
::gentoo nor this overlay, so they are noted in a comment rather than
expressed as dependencies. The rest of the requirement list matches
2026.9.7.

Retention keeps the last two. The unsloth versions that pinned floors
in this range are dropped in the same pass, and the two that remain ask
for 2026.9.5 and 2026.9.7.

dev-python/unsloth-zoo: add 2026.9.7
Two upstream ceilings moved, and both change what resolves here.
torch goes <2.13.0 -> <2.15.0, which is the one that matters: the old
cap admitted only 2.11.0-r92 against this tree, the new one also admits
2.13.0-r93 and 2.14.0-r91.
transformers goes <=5.5.0 -> <=5.17.0 on everything but Apple Silicon,
where upstream keeps 5.5.0 to hold its MLX stack in place; the ebuild
tracks the non-darwin half. That widens 2 matching versions to 8. The
cap is written <5.17.1 rather than <=5.17.0-r0, because the only 5.17.0
in the tree is a revbump and the -r0 form would exclude it while
upstream admits the release.
The versions upstream excludes by name are still absent here, so they
stay unencoded.

Two upstream bounds moved.
The trl ceiling goes <=0.24.0 -> <=1.13.0, and that one bites: through
portage's matcher the old cap admitted one version here, the new admits
five -- gaining 1.9.2, 1.10.0, 1.12.0 and 1.13.0, losing none.
The transformers floor rises to 4.52.4 because peft 0.18.0 imports
GradientCheckpointingLayer from transformers.modeling_layers, new in
4.52.0, while declaring no floor itself. It changes no resolution
against this tree, so it records the requirement rather than altering
what is pulled. The mlx pins moved too, but carry darwin/arm64 markers.

dev-python/unsloth-zoo: add 2026.9.4
pyproject is byte-identical to 2026.9.3: same dependency set, same
version ranges, same setuptools and setuptools-scm build pins, so
every bound in RDEPEND carries over unchanged.
Everything the ebuild installs is .py -- all 26 changed entries under
unsloth_zoo/ are Python source, with no data files among them. The
rest of the release is CI workflows, helper scripts and tests, none of
which the package ships.

releases, datasets 4.0.*/4.1.0, peft 0.11.0) all name versions absent
from both ::gentoo and ::stuff, so the ebuild's plain ranges remain
exactly equivalent to upstream's constraint set and need no != atoms.

Retention: 2026.8.15 and 2026.8.16 are the last two. This package is
calendar-versioned, so there is no earlier major series to preserve a
rollback target for.
Every unsloth in tree still resolves: the floors declared are
>=2026.8.13 (unsloth-2026.8.19), >=2026.8.15 (2026.8.21) and >=2026.8.16
(2026.8.22), and the two surviving releases satisfy all three.

The multi-impl deps were using $ (valid only for
single-impl deps), so the wheel built but emerge could not resolve the
package. Move them to a python_gen_cond_dep block with $.
