dev-python/pytest-report: drop the dead upstream links
The author deleted github.com/wandel/pytest-atom and did not republish it
anywhere; PyPI still points at the same dead repository.

Only where every dependency constrained to this package's Python targets
already supports it, iterated until no further package became eligible.
pkgcheck reports the same four NonsolvableDepsInStable as before.
