dev-python/pyTEMlib: add 0.2026.6.0
Upstream added jupyterlab, jupyter, fastmcp, ollama and the trivial pypi
shims nodejs/npm/pip to the dependency list, but none is imported by the
package — the library installs and imports cleanly without them (verified
by smoke import in the build sandbox). RDEPEND is unchanged from
0.2026.3.0; the omission is documented in the ebuild so a future audit
doesn't re-add a heavy unused Jupyter/AI stack.

dev-python/pyTEMlib: new package, add 0.2026.3.0
Model-based TEM data quantification from the Pycroscopy ecosystem; the
target package this whole dependency tail was added for. setuptools
backend with a static version attr. spglib is pulled with USE=python
for its bindings, and simpleitk maps to the dev-python/simpleitk-bin
binary package since no Insight Toolkit is in tree. Upstream ships no
test suite in the sdist.
