*/*: QA cleanup - trailing DESCRIPTION full stops + ebuild whitespace

pkgcheck fixes, metadata/whitespace only (no revbump):
- BadDescription: drop the trailing full stop from DESCRIPTION on dev-python/
{edalize, fusesoc, okonomiyaki, simplesat} (multi-line DESCRIPTION missed by
the earlier */*: remove trailing full stop pass).
- WhitespaceFound: net-misc/baidunetdisk used 4 spaces instead of a tab to
indent two src_install lines.
