dev-python/{justbases,justbytes,hs-dbus-signature,dbus-signature-pyparsing,into-dbus-python,dbus-client-gen,dbus-python-client-gen}: new packages

The libraries app-admin/stratis-cli needs that ::gentoo does not carry.
All setuptools sdists from PyPI, sha256 matching PyPI's digest, no OSV
advisory, no PEP 740 attestation published (so no PYPI_VERIFY_REPO).
Unittest suites wired where the sdist ships them; the hypothesis-based
modules could not run here (hypothesis is not installed on the build host).
