The vapoursynth plugins moved to the dubhatervapoursynth organisation and
VapourSynth-EEDI3 to HolyWu; aioimaplib, gidgethub, msgspec,
poetry-plugin-up and vita3k's bundled sources all changed owner as well.
No distfile hash changes, so the archives are the same content.

The plugin list comes from the pytest-* test dependencies each ebuild already
declares; a package that declares none gets an empty list. msgspec's
PYTEST_DISABLE_PLUGIN_AUTOLOAD is redundant once the list is set.
