The plugin list comes from the pytest-* test dependencies each ebuild already
declares; a package that declares none gets an empty list. msgspec's
PYTEST_DISABLE_PLUGIN_AUTOLOAD is redundant once the list is set.

Only where every dependency constrained to this package's Python targets
already supports it, iterated until no further package became eligible.
pkgcheck reports the same four NonsolvableDepsInStable as before.
