dev-ml/fuse3: new package, add 3.10.0
Successor to dev-ml/ocamlfuse: upstream renamed the opam package
ocamlfuse (FUSE 2) -> fuse3 (FUSE 3) at v3, keeping the same GitHub
repo. Binds libfuse3 (>=3.10.0) via camlidl + pkg-config.
