dev-lua/lsqlite3: new package, add 0.9.7
Lua binding for SQLite3. 0.9.7 is tagged upstream but not yet on
LuaRocks; it adds Lua 5.5 support.
The Fossil zip bundles an SQLite amalgamation for the static
lsqlite3complete module. It is deleted so the quoted sqlite3.h include
cannot pick up the bundled header, and the module links the system
sqlite. The download is pinned to the v0.9.7 check-in, since Fossil
tags can be moved.
::gentoo's Lua 5.1 leaves LUA_COMPAT_OPENLIB undefined, which hides
the luaL_openlib declaration lsqlite3 uses there, so the 5.1 build
defines it. Only test/test.lua runs: tests-sqlite3.lua needs lunit,
which is not packaged.
