app-office/evernote-repack: add 11.37.5_p2
Package the published v11.37.5-2 black and stock AppImages for amd64 and arm64, including the graceful-quit fix. Keep the existing default black theme, optional raw AppImage installation, and all older ebuilds and distfile records.
Add Manifest hashes from the previously downloaded and verified release assets. Validate all eight architecture/theme/install combinations with mocked Portage helpers, shell syntax, release URLs, and targeted pkgcheck; only retained-version notices remain.
