Updates and fixes the previous LICENSE var
problem on my part is that I used LICENSES instead of LICENSE
new deplicenses were generated by a script of mine
for more info, look at bug 967017
modifies src_unpack() internally instead of redefining

Because the spdx identifier for for BSD-3-Clause is `BSD-3-Clause`, and
gentoo uses `BSD` in their /licenses, there was a misunderstanding by
me, this commit should fix this
