app-misc/mcommander: add 6.1.0
6.1.0 is the first release as M-Commander. Its commands are mcommander,
mcedit6, mview and mdiff (mc6 stays as a symlink), its data and
configuration live under mcommander and ~/.config/mc6, and the message
catalogue is mcommander.mo. None of the installed paths overlaps
app-misc/mc, so the !!app-misc/mc blocker goes. cons.saver and the
cd-on-exit script moved to /usr/libexec/mcommander.
The zlib link-probe fix is still needed and is refreshed for 6.1.0.
doc/TODO is gone from the tarball.
USE=mongodb was not build-checked: the MongoDB C driver it needs is
declared but was not installed where the check ran.

app-misc/mcommander: rename from mc6
Upstream renamed the project to M-Commander with 6.1.0 and moved the
repository to blue-panels/mcommander; the old URLs redirect. The
existing 6.0.4 still fetches its mc6-named release asset. A
profiles/updates entry carries installed systems across, and the
nvchecker entry follows the new repository.
