✨ feat(app-misc/claude-cowork): add 9999 live ebuild

Linux port of Claude Desktop with Cowork (local agent) support, packaged
from johnzfitch/claude-cowork-linux:

- git-r3 live ebuild tracking the packaging master branch
- bundles prebuilt Electron 41.8.0 (no system electron/asar in ::gentoo)
- fetches the proprietary Claude Desktop .zip at build time, pinned to the
version upstream supports via nix/package.nix (override with
CLAUDE_COWORK_VERSION / CLAUDE_COWORK_URL)
- zero-dependency asar extractor in files/asar.py
- aborts the build if enable-cowork.py cannot patch the Cowork platform gate
